Kirk Dzaman, EPC
Financial Advisor
Partner of NextLevel Financial

Kirk Dzaman joined NextLevel Financial (formerly Money Concepts) in 2005 and became a Partner in 2011. Since then, he has worked collaboratively with his current and founding partners to help guide the firm’s continued growth and evolution. In 2013, the firm was rebranded to NextLevel Financial Services Ltd. to better reflect the enhanced level of financial advice and service it strives to deliver.

As Managing Partner, Kirk plays a significant role in steering the firm’s strategic direction alongside the NextLevel Team of dedicated partners, independent advisors and staff. Together, they focus on delivering comprehensive, client-centered financial planning that prioritizes clarity, control, and long-term financial confidence.

Kirk holds the Elder Planning Counselor (EPC) designation, enabling him to serve clients who are approaching or navigating retirement with insight and empathy. His planning approach is tailored to each stage of life—from building wealth to preserving it—always with the goal of reducing complexity and empowering clients. With two decades of experience, Kirk’s practice is rooted in long-term relationships, consistent referrals, and a team-based approach that prioritizes trust, communication, and measurable results.

Kirk currently serves on the Advisory Council for Investia Financial Services Inc., contributing to national-level dialogue on advisor practice and client outcomes. He is also a Board Director with the Chilliwack Economic Partners Corporation (CEPCO) and a Commissioner with the Cultus Lake Park Board. His previous leadership includes terms as President of the Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce and board member of the Chilliwack Downtown BIA. In recognition of his commitment to the community, Kirk was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal in 2025—an honour that speaks to the impact of both his professional and volunteer efforts.

Kirk lives in Chilliwack with his wife Sara and their three children. A strong believer in community and balance, he is active in his local church, enjoys playing music, biking, hiking, golfing, snowboarding, surfing, boating and summer barbecues with family and friends.
